We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018, exclusively in connection with our public mission of administering the park's infrastructure: we do not sell online, do not conduct direct marketing and do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Recipients: public authorities with legal powers (Iași County Council, fiscal bodies, Court of Accounts, courts), as well as IT/hosting service providers acting as processors under a contract pursuant to art. 28 GDPR. We do not transfer data outside the EEA, except for the use of Google Maps on the website, described in the Cookie policy.

Retention period: for as long as necessary for the purpose, then in accordance with the statutory archiving periods (contractual and financial-accounting documents, the periods provided by law; correspondence and Law 544/2001 registers, in accordance with the approved archiving schedule).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure (within the limits of legal retention duties), restriction of processing, objection, portability (where applicable). Requests are sent to office@iasiindustrialpark.ro and answered within one month at most. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, 28-30 G-ral Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.

Security: we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (restricted access, encrypted communications, logging) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
