History

  • 2014 Iași County Council, together with Lețcani Commune, establishes Iași Industrial Park S.R.L.; the park's Zonal Urban Plan is approved.
  • 2017 The Ministry of Regional Development, Public Administration and European Funds grants the industrial park title by Order no. 3825/2017.
  • 2026 The park prepares the launch of the first plot-allocation procedure.

Mission

To create a competitive framework for the development of investment and value-added economic activity, through adequate infrastructure, support services and the integration of companies into a high-performing economic and technological ecosystem.

Vision

To develop a competitive industrial hub for the Iași Metropolitan Area, capable of attracting investment, supporting innovation and generating economic growth through quality infrastructure and strategic partnerships.

The park administrator

Iași Industrial Park S.R.L. manages the park under Law no. 186/2013. The legal obligations are direct guarantees for investors. Shareholders: Iași County, through the Iași County Council, with 99%, and Lețcani Commune, through the Local Council, with 1%. Administrator: VAT 32977543, Trade Reg. J2014000533226. Location: Lețcani commune, junction of E583 and DJ 248B.

  • Equal treatment of all residents and prohibition of abusive practices.
  • Resident selection based exclusively on the public access regulation.
  • The right of use over plots and shared infrastructure.
  • Maintenance, repair and modernisation of the park infrastructure.
  • Cooperation with public authorities to implement the development strategy.

The company is managed under G.E.O. no. 109/2011 by a Board of Directors.
