Tax incentives are granted under the local de minimis aid scheme approved by Lețcani Local Council Decision no. 38/2026, with the endorsement of the Competition Council, up to a ceiling of EUR 300,000 per undertaking over a three-year period, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions. The tariffs are set out in the draft Regulation, which is under approval.
